Overview & Background

Transport for Buckinghamshire (TfB) has been commissioned by Aston Clinton Parish Council to carry out public consultation for implementing a 30mph speed limit on Stablebridge Road, Aston Clinton. The proposed measures being put forward is to reduce the current speed limit along a section of Stablebridge Road from 40mph to 30mph.

TfB are now undertaking the Statutory Consultation on these proposals, details of which - including plans of the proposed restrictions and how to object - can be found below.

Dates: The Statutory Consultation will run from 25th November to 19th December 2022.

How to have your say

Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made, along with expressions of support, must be sent in writing by 19th December 2022 to ‘Design Services’ at Aylesbury Vale Area Office, Corrib Industrial Park, Griffin Ln, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP19 8BP or by email to [email protected] or online at http://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk under ‘Your Council’ then ‘Public consultations and surveys’ then ‘See all Open Activities’.

Transport for Buckinghamshire is seeking your views regarding these proposed changes! Subject to feedback from the Public Consultation and Decision, the intention is to implement this 30 mph speed limit legally by way of a Traffic Regulation Order.
